You can invoice in Indian rupees (INR) or any of 170 currencies, add a tax percentage or amount and your tax registration number such as a GSTIN, show bank details or an uploaded UPI QR code, and use the app in Hindi, Tamil or any of 20 languages. Plans start at ₹99 a month and are paid in rupees by UPI, card or netbanking through Razorpay.

Invoice in rupees
Set the currency to INR and the amounts, subtotal and total print in rupees. Switch currency per invoice for overseas clients.
Taxes, GST presets and your tax ID
Load the India GST presets (CGST and SGST for sales within a state, IGST between states, at the standard rate slabs) or create your own taxes. Add one or more taxes to each line item and put your GSTIN, or any registration number, in the tax ID field.
Get paid by UPI or bank transfer
Upload your UPI QR code, show your bank account details, or show both on the same invoice.
Total in words
Print the total amount in words next to the figure, a common requirement on Indian invoices.

What QwickInvoice does not do
QwickInvoice is an invoicing tool, not GST filing software. It calculates the taxes you choose on each line item and prints a breakdown per tax, but it does not add HSN or SAC columns, generate e-invoice IRNs or file GST returns. If you need those, use an accounting or GST system alongside it.

- Does it create GST invoices?
- It can print the taxes an Indian invoice needs: load the GST presets (CGST plus SGST within a state, IGST between states), apply one or several taxes to each line item, and the invoice shows a total per tax along with your tax ID. You can set the title to Tax Invoice. It does not add HSN or SAC codes or e-invoice details, and the rates are presets you should check, so confirm the format your accountant requires.
- Can I invoice in rupees and get paid by UPI?
- Yes. Choose INR as the currency and add your UPI QR code so clients can scan and pay. Our own plans are also billed in rupees through Razorpay.
- Is there a free plan?
