This Privacy Policy explains what information QwickInvoice (the “Service”, at qwickinvoice.com and app.qwickinvoice.com) collects, why, who handles it and what choices you have. The Service is operated by Radaz Technologies, India (“we”, “us”), who decides how your personal information is used. It should be read with our Terms & Conditions.
1. What we collect
- Account details: your email address, your name, and a password stored only as a salted scrypt hash (we never store the password itself). If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account email and name.
- Your content: the business and client details, invoices, line items, settings and address book you enter, which are synced to your account in the cloud when you are signed in, and logos or images you upload.
- Billing details: your chosen plan, subscription status and Razorpay payment and subscription identifiers, and the mobile number you give at checkout. Card, UPI and bank details are entered with Razorpay and are never received or stored by us.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser type and request details, used for security, abuse prevention, rate limiting and error logs, and a log of account emails we send you.
- Visits to our public pages: when you open a page on qwickinvoice.com we record the page, the site that linked to it, campaign tags in the link, your IP address, browser, operating system and device type, screen size, language, and your time zone (from which we work out your country). We use this to count visitors and understand how people find us. No cookie is used for it, and nothing is stored in your browser; if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, the page view is not recorded.
- Messages: what you write to our support address.
2. Why we use it, and on what basis
- To create and run your account, store and sync your invoices, generate PDFs and send the emails you ask us to send, to perform our contract with you.
- To take payment, manage your subscription and respond to billing requests, to perform our contract and meet legal and accounting obligations.
- To send service emails such as email verification, sign-in links, password resets and billing notices, which are necessary to provide the Service. We do not send marketing email.
- To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and fix faults, which is our legitimate interest.
By creating an account you consent to this processing. You can withdraw consent by deleting your account. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Who handles it for us
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, only as needed for that purpose:
- Razorpay processes subscription payments. It receives your name, email, mobile number and payment details, under its own privacy policy.
- Email delivery provider (an SMTP service) delivers verification, sign-in, billing and invoice emails you send.
- Hosting and storage providers run the application and database (PostgreSQL) and store uploaded logos and images in S3-compatible object storage.
- Google is involved only if you choose “Sign in with Google”.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it or to protect our rights and users.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account and content while your account exists. When you delete your account, its data is deleted. We keep payment and invoice records for billing and tax purposes for as long as the law requires, security logs for a limited period, and records of visits to our public pages for 13 months.
6. Security
Passwords are hashed with scrypt; connections use HTTPS; sessions are protected by secure cookies, requests are rate limited and cross-site requests are refused. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information. Tell us promptly if you suspect a problem.
7. Your rights
You can:
- access and export your data: the app can export your invoices and settings (JSON, CSV, XML);
- correct your profile and content in Account settings;
- delete your account and its data from Account settings;
- ask us about, or object to, how we use your information by writing to support@radaztech.com.
8. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children; if you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Where information is processed
Our providers may process information outside India. Where that happens we rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards to your information.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we will notify you of material changes by email or in the app.
11. Contact and grievance officer
For privacy questions, requests, or complaints about how your information is handled, contact our Grievance Officer, as required under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules under it, at support@radaztech.com (subject: “Grievance”).
