These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of QwickInvoice, an online invoice generator available at qwickinvoice.com and app.qwickinvoice.com (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Radaz Technologies, India (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
QwickInvoice lets you create, customise, store and send invoices: you enter your business and client details and line items, choose a template, and generate PDFs, share links and emailed invoices. Your invoices and address book are saved in your browser and, when you are signed in, synced to your account so they follow you across devices. The Service is delivered online; there is nothing to install.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract.
- You sign up with an email address and password, or with your Google account. Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us at once if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.
- One person or business per account. You may not sell or transfer an account without our written consent.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, or to create false, misleading or fraudulent invoices;
- upload content that infringes someone else’s rights or that is harmful, abusive or malware;
- attempt to probe, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts or our systems;
- bypass plan limits, rate limits or other technical restrictions, or use automated means to overload the Service;
- send unsolicited bulk email through the invoice-email feature.
We may suspend or limit access to stop misuse.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- The Service is paid. There is no free plan and no free trial. Plans, their limits and their prices (in Indian rupees) are listed on the Pricing page. A plan is billed monthly or yearly, as you choose.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited (“Razorpay”) as a recurring subscription. When you pay, you authorise Razorpay to charge your chosen payment method (for example a card, UPI or e-mandate) for the plan, and for each renewal, until you cancel. We do not receive or store your card or bank details.
- Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price of your plan, until you cancel.
- If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay may retry; if it keeps failing, your plan ends and the paid features stop.
- Price changes. We may change prices. We will give you reasonable advance notice (at least 30 days) by email or in the app before a change affects your next renewal. If you do not want the new price, cancel before that renewal.
- Changing plan. Upgrades and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period; the plan you already paid for stays in force until then.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from Account → Subscription in the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. Refunds are described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Your content and our rights
- You own the content you put into the Service: your business and client details, invoices, logos and images (“Your Content”). You give us a limited licence to store, process and display it, and to send emails or generate PDFs on your instruction, only so far as needed to provide the Service.
- You are responsible for Your Content, for the accuracy of the invoices you issue, and for complying with the tax, invoicing and record-keeping laws that apply to you (including GST). QwickInvoice is a tool; it does not give tax or legal advice.
- The Service, its software, design, templates and the QwickInvoice name and logo belong to us or our licensors. These Terms give you a right to use the Service, not to copy or resell it.
- You can export your data and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).
7. Availability and no warranty
We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, and we may change, add or remove features, or carry out maintenance. Keep your own copies of important invoices; you can export them as JSON, CSV or XML.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if payment cannot be collected, or if required by law, normally with notice where practicable. When an account is deleted its data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should continue (content, liability, governing law) survive termination.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law, the courts at Salem, Tamil Nadu, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service. We encourage you to write to us first so we can try to resolve the matter.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is material we will tell you by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
