We do not sell or ship physical goods. Nothing is sent by post or courier, so there are no shipping charges, delivery addresses or delivery times to wait for.

Access is delivered instantly once your payment is successful. After Razorpay confirms the payment, your plan is activated on your account and you can start using it straight away in the app, on any device, signed in with the account you paid from.

If your plan is not active within 30 minutes of a successful payment, refresh the page and sign in again; if it still has not activated, email support@radaztech.com with your account email and the Razorpay payment ID. We will activate it or, if we cannot, refund you under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
